Very polite and exceptional staff, it was excellent stay.
The hotel was in a good and peaceful position not far from the JR train station and convenience store. Our room was well-equipped and tidy with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator.

Everything was good, the wifi was free. I loved climate control, multi-channel television, and a fridge in the well-equipped and reasonably sized room. Amicable staff, answered all questions. The hotel's position was particularly good, easy to access everthing. And it was also near market, and train station and a lively shopping & restaurant area.

The breakfast buffet at Apa Hotel Osaka-Tenma was delicious and offered a great variety of options. We particularly enjoyed starting our day with a filling and tasty meal. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, as it was close to the river, a train station, and a closed market with fantastic dining choices.

This hotel is a great spot for exploring the attractions in Osaka. The small double room we stayed in was equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a work desk, and complimentary slippers. Additionally, it is conveniently located just a short 20-minute walk from downtown. They also offer breakfast for an affordable price of JPY 1155 per person per day.

I had a great overall experience at this hotel. the location was perfect - in a quiet area of Osaka yet still very convenient. Secondly, the staff were kind and accommodating, always ready to help with any enquiries. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with private bathrooms and even a view. The attention to detail was impressive, making my stay enjoyable.
The only thing that could be improved was the beds. They could use better cushioning for a more comfortable sleep experience.

This hotel really surprised me with its value for money. The price I paid was justified by the impeccable cleanliness and comfort of the room, which was even better than some European stays I've had. The attention to detail was evident, with amenities and towels replaced daily. Plus, the location was perfect for me, tucked away in a quiet area of Osaka yet still conveniently close to the train station.
No major complaints, everything was just fine.

The hotel was situated in a convenient area with good restaurants nearby. The room was decent with comfortable beds and a tidy bathroom. The hotel also offered spa services for free.
There were a few unwanted guests such as bugs and flies in the room. The staff struggled with English and were not very accommodating.

Close to rail connections, excellent pizza place nearby, amazing bathhouse, convenient breakfast with great selection, straight walk to the station, clean.
Absolutely nothing.

The breakfast included in the stay was amazing, with a variety of options for all tastes. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the river and the train station that offered direct connections to many places in the city. staying close to a closed market with a variety of good eating options made my city trip even more enjoyable.
The room itself was small and felt cramped. the facilities were dated and could do with an upgrade.

This hotel in the quiet area of Osaka offers great value for money. The rooms, though small, have all the basic amenities you need, including a private bathroom. The staff is attentive and the location is convenient, with easy access to the train station.
All in all, everything was ok during my stay.

The onsen experience was a definite highlight, particularly the relaxing rotenburo. Moreover, the hotel had great wifi, comfortable robes, and was conveniently located near city center and multiple transportation options. The staff were exceptional and even organized a doctor for a sick member of our group.
Hard to think of anything.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was great, being close to rail connections and many restaurants. We loved the spectacularly clean rooms, replaced amenities, and strong hot and cold water pressure along with daily towel replacement. The public onsen was undoubtedly the biggest advantage we had. It was used daily by other patrons of the hotel.
There was a lack of English-speaking staff, which could have improved the experience even more.
